Living up to its adage ‘Better roads, better world’, the IRF is an active and effective advocate for the construction of better roads and road networks worldwide. Through its members, the IRF promotes best practices and advocates to governments, road agencies, and global organizations for the importance of road safety and investment in road development.
Partnerships with intergovernmental bodies is part of the important network, the IRF influences. Without such strong links, the influence of the IRF would be very limited.
