Urban Road Networks: Benefits of a Public-Private Partnership Approach
The IRF working group on PPP addressed the issue of partnerships for Urban Roads. The working group members identified a number of modern case studies that naturally fit into IRF's definition of PPPs. These case studies are briefly presented, classified and discussed in this paper.
